Let me start by saying I feel wonderful. I feel a lightness in my body that I've never experienced before.
I did have a few seconds of convulsions that same night of our session and I shed more tears that night and the next day. And I had a monster headache the entire day after our session and a feeling of detached calm, almost numbness.
But that has slowly been replaced by lightness and clarity; it's as though the fear and anxiety that always seemed to be operating in the background has lifted like a fog on a sunny day.
Now, I am experiencing clearer thinking and today many small epiphanies have begun to take shape.

"Raisa is such a kind and generous soul and we went through quite a journey together during the session!
I was experiencing some physical discomfort for quite a long time, for which I had visited medical doctors before but none of them were able to identify the cause.
When medical tests don’t show evidence, doctors don’t listen to you anymore.
Raisa was different. She really listened attentively.
During the healing session, she/they energetically scanned my entire body from crown chakra to root chakra one by one. What they found was that the discomfort I was experiencing was coming from my traumatic experience in my previous life during the WW II. That girl needed healing.
What a comforting feeling the session gave me… to feel connected to the higher beings who are always with us and to know that there are people like Raisa who really cares about others.

The session with Raisa was astounding. She is highly gifted, mature and sensitive, but also direct. She does not waste time and zeros in on the the main issues very quickly, addressing them with no judgement, whatsoever. I come from the mental health field, with 8 years of postgraduate training in psychoanalysis. Over the years, I began to see that not even depth psychology (except maybe Jung, who was not taught) could fully account for the clinical picture. Symptoms would outweigh the personal history of the individual that analysis could not explain. The work with Raisa put everything into perspective.
